Dave Mustaine Introduction

Dave Mustaine, formerly called David Scott, who was given birth to on September thirteenth, 1961 in La Mesa, California, USA, is the Megadeth's singer, songwriter and guitarist. He grew up in south California suburbs. Being the focus person of Megadeth and a past Metallica songwirter and lead guitarist, he is also on the list of innovators of trash metal and speed metal music.Three Decades Ago while Dave Mustaine departed his first band Panic, Metallica's drummer Lars put up an ad hunting for a lead guitarist. And so he become a member of Metallica being the team's lead guitarist.Right after expelled by Metallica in 1983, Mustaine was really offended, and vowed to build their very own band. Consequently he established Fallen Angels that year, and within the summer time he met bassist Dave Ellefson, and finally they formed Megadeth, starting off one more thrash story.

Jackson Y2KV

The Jackson Y2KV was created by Dave Mustaine, who was simply looking to set up a significantly less provocative, look modified flying v instrument. When compared with his commonly utilized king v, this instrument, as Mustaine's very own models, mainly used for the tour of Risk and the World Needs a Hero. In fact, this instrument never ever bulk produced.

Jackson y2kv dave mustaine signature guitar was made in 2000 (please go to the previously mentioned jackson Atlas2000). Atlas2002 is down below. The initial batch of 32 Y2KV was processed in January 2000, set up from March to August. An additional over 80 electric guitars were processed in September 2000, and also the last 33 were processed in December. Before this series was ceased in 2002, more 150 were created.

Dave mustaine had got a lorry of Y2KV models, he took ten from the first batch of 32, and it seemed that he took an additional 15 later. He had several custom Y2KV and had sold out the majority of the Y2KV models, the first time through Andy Brauer, and later through eBay, others were given to his buddies. On Andy Brauer Auction 2002, Dave nearly sold all Y2KV electric guitars of the initial batch. The photo below is one of the instruments at auction.

Once the agreement of Dave and jackson stopped, he got a lot of Y2KV guitars, each one of which had a higher serial number, and was auctioned on ebay.

Jackson Custom Store Y2KV

The photo below is J6612, and the only one 12-string Y2KV, as well as the J6648 featured a silver sparkle finish and a floyd rose bridge. The 2 electric guitars had always been kept in Dave's hands and was sold online on megadeth public site.

Jackson Doubleneck Y2KV

Jackson also made a double-headed Y2KV for Dave and sold it by way of Andy Brauer. This instrument was probable to be among the bigger electric guitars produced by Jackson.

All in all, you can find a lot of Dave's Y2KV models, each of which is classic, what we cloned is the American flag edition. we repeatedly studied the characteristics of this product, and replicated it as equivalent as possible. The woods we used are the identical as those utilized on the authentic design. The wood for fretboard, neck and body are just the same as the original copies (all substantial quality wood!) The standard pickups we employed are Wilkinson pick-ups, which is not simply quality guaranteed but also cost-effective.

Since our electric guitars are modest batch produced, the price, compared with those custom crafted types, is way more acceptable. However, the stock is limited, so if you actually prefer this design, please take the chance to make contact with us right away.
